About this space
This property is “old Florida” style. A private cottage on a property with 2 others. The cottage is at the front of the property set back but facing the road. It has a large screened porch. You will have access to the bay and dock. Enjoy fishing from the dock or enjoy sunset on the water. Turn key bring your own toiletries. Bikes are available for your use or an easy walk into town. Enjoy a piece of charming “old Florida”. We are a pet friendly facility we require a 1x fee & agreement
The space
Cute cottage with a south of the boarder travel feel! Come and go as you please private entrance, porch and patio. 2 miles from the beach and great sunsets from the property dock at the waterfront.
Guest access
Guests can use the bay area and the dock please respect the privacy of the guests that are in the water front unit. All guests can use the laundry room and have access to bikes a paddle board and a kayak
Other things to note
We are located between the old resort property and the large yard that has a rod iron fence around it. There are 2 very large pine trees in the front. The drive is on the left and the cottages are in a line on the right if you are facing the property.
