Tiki Time with prime beach access

About this space
Relax with the whole family or your friend group at this peaceful place to stay. Walk to BEACH in minutes. 400 foot dock on the bay with fish station. Heated extra large swimming pool and shuttle service to island entertainment and restaurants.
We allow early check in or late check out if available. We have an early check in or late check out option that is guaranteed for the following:
Check in before 12 $35
Check in before 11 $45
Check out after 10 until noon $35
Check out noon to 3 $60
The space
This end first floor condo has a nice view to the gulf side and a small outdoor area off the office. There are no steps to this first floor condo. Large gathering space for all in the great room. The bedrooms are good size. The master bath is very small but hey there are 2 bathrooms. There is a very large television for streaming and in the master bedroom there is a smaller tv for streaming. We have some beach supplies available and all guests will have access to a beach towel. If you would like to have laundry service or cleaning services while you are there please let us know and we can make those arrangements (priced per event). We can also offer additional services grocery delivery surprise gift or birthday etc please contact us for options or ideas.

The code will come to your air bb account at 3 the day of check in.
Other things to note
Washer and dryer are in the laundry area in each building they are coin operated.
The beach access is granted as our guest not all the condos have beach access ours does as you are guests of ours for our property that has an access point
Each condo has one marked space but there are guests spaces for extra cars or boat parking
There is a local free shuttle that can take you to other island beaches all of the restaurants and the convenience store. The shuttle works for tips.
A new HVAC system was installed June 2025 so the temp can be cooler than a previous review indicated
